[After reading an article written by Sanu Master in Deshabhimani about Kerala.]
1
Kerala – the beauty queen,
Smiling and crying like Monalisa,
Chuckling land,
Dancing left and dancing
right,
Like the trees in the winter,
One step to the left,
And next to the right,
Like Messi, playing
To the left,
And to the right.

Kerala - the beauty queen,
In the madness of imagination,
Two colours change in the
face,
Of Kerala, land of Monalisa.
Still, a few dream only one colour,
That should be red,
Like the red of shyness,
Like the red of love,
Like the red of revolution,
Before the dreams fade,
Artists throw many colours
Not knowing the colours
Not uttering the colours
Strokes on walls and streets.
Politics dances in the
street,
Not knowing the mind,
And the inner soul,
Birds dance left and right.
Smiling and crying
